Hi Kim, you purchased a pair of shoes from me. I need to inform you that I notice some peeling from the inside wall. I think this is because I kept them in an upstairs closet that is probably too humid 😕 if you are not happy with them let me know and I’ll refund or give another discount. Whatever you prefer

This is the first time things haven’t worked so I’m not sure how handle it. Have you accepted the transaction? I think you can decline and return? I want you to be happy so You tell me and I’ll do whatever’s needed to get you sorted out.
