suzienjaz @kimbrielmcleod on your home page where the top line says "your guide to poshmark" if you are on your phone ... top right hand corner is a green button. there you will be able to enter your information to get direct deposit to your bank account. I found it really helpful to watch you tube videos just type Poshmark for beginners in the YouTube search. 😁

suzienjaz @kimbrielmcleod in your "sales" section there will be a few possible stages of your sale. 1. sold - means item was sold but not yet shipped 2. In Transit means package on its way. 3. Delivered means buyer has item and hasn't gone into Poshmark app to accept the item. (they have 3 days to do so) 4. Order complete means either 3 days have gone by or buyer accepts package. after this stage you get paid.

kimbrielmcleod what do I have to do to get paid. I sold something on March 14, 2022 and it's confirmed as delivered ANd Poshmark says they've release funds but they have not. I left like 4 messages and no one is getting back to me! I don't want to press changed but right now my product has just been given away!
