kozomom2 I made my first sale, however when I go to add my info to get a shipping label. I click on my address & it won't show me addresses or anything. It does allow me to put my birthday in, but I can't get my label. I've been trying to figure it out since yesterday and sent customer service an email. Help ;)

labmom05 @kozomom2 When you click the button on the far right and it brings up all the various setting options etc... are you able to use the “my addresses” option?

labmom05 Also, did you get an email saying you made the sale? The label is attached to that email so all you should need to do is click on the attachment.

kozomom2 @labmom05 Yes I went in and put my addresses in there. The email I received just takes me to the part where I request a label. I didn't have an attachment

labmom05 @kozomom2 What about when you go to the “news” option and then choose “orders”? Do you see your sale or order there? That’s another location where you can print your sales label from.

kozomom2 I can get to the part where I add my info & click addresses & it doesn't do anything. I notice theres a drop down menu that says Problems/order inquiry? Do I change that? I have an email that mentioned a verification code, I hadn't put that in anywhere & didn't know what it was for. Sorry to keep bothering you. I am working today so I've been coming & going from Posh trying to get label

kozomom2 @labmom05 I got it! Can't really explain it but, I put app on my phone & went in that way. It asked for my address & DOB when I opened my sale. Thanks so much for helping me. Have a great weekend!
