@mauvemomma Hi! Offers are active for 24 hours, and then they expire. Your offer could be accepted any time during that time frame. It may take a while for someone to accept. They might just let it expire too. It’s a bit of a waiting game. Good luck!

@mauvemomma Ok that makes sense. It must be for joining, because it doesn’t look like there are any specials going on. Try checking the email you were sent for details on the timing. I didn’t find anything on the frequently asked questions. You can also send Poshmark Customer Service an email to clarify. You can do that from the account tab.

@therarae there was a pair of sneakers that I wanted and i made several offers to the seller to no avail. i saw a brooch that I liked and made an offer and got it with free shipping. i misread the email and thought that I was going to get free shipping with every item that I ordered within 24 hours. ok so now I'm assuming that the seller isn't going to accept any offer so I'll just pay what she's asking but I want to know if I can get free shipping on the shoes as a courtesy. TY

@mauvemomma For the sneaker offers, the seller may not have seen the request yet. They can also counter offer if they want to try and get a bit more for it. For the free shipping, go ahead and contact Poshmark. I can’t give that out, since I’m just a user and don’t work for the company. Go to Poshmark Support Center and then Contact Poshmark Support to send an email.

@mauvemomma hi! There are lots of reasons they may not respond. Check to see if they have a vacation notice up, and if they do they might not be actively watching the account. Some people list stuff and forget about it, and aren’t active users. Some sellers don’t respond to messages. Also, for lots of people Poshmark is just something they do on the side, and they have a daytime job. So responses are sometimes slower or messages get missed.

@therarae the whole reason I went on poshmark is because I found a pair of sneakers I really wanted. i had made several offers to the seller because I'm a disabled almost 62 year old and was hoping for a good deal. the seller never responded and by this time probably thinks I'm nuts. anyway she removed her post and never responded. i really wanted those shoes and should've just paid the $45 she was asking for and then I missed out on the free shipping. thank you for all of your help.

@therarae ok I need to ask a question. if there are several items I want to purchase and I get a special shipping discount on one bundle I guess is that the shipping charge I pay? I'm confused. do I have to pay separate charges? TY

@mauvemomma Hi! Each order has a flat rate shipping fee of $7.45 for pack ages up to 5 lbs that is paid by the buyer. If the package is over 5 lbs, the seller has to purchase an upgraded label they pay for in addition to what the buyer pays. You can bundle items from a single seller, and pay that flat shipping rate. You can also just purchase one item from a seller and pay the flat rate.

@mauvemomma A seller may offer a shipping discount for bundles or single items, if they want to. It’s not a requirement though, just an option. Poshmark also has sale days where they will offer a shipping discount, if you purchase the item in the 6 hour offer window. You’ll get email or in app notification when those are available.

the flat rate shipping fee should be $4.99 always all the time. three are a lot of places to shop that offer free shipping all the time usually when it's a holiday. JS
