rebeccascopano Kim- I just read your review of the Lululemon pants you purchased from me for $15. That is the color of the material- it is not faded. They retail for over $100 and you paid $15. Sorry you are not happy, you can send them back and I will refund you. I have never received such a poor rating and it's very upsetting!

trudyhanks Good morning! If the purchaser is not happy with the order when it’s received, they have to file a claim and it get approved from Poshmark, before an item can be returned. If poshmark agrees there is a reason for the ten to be returned, they will issue the purchaser a return label. Once the item has been received by the seller, poshmark will issue a refund.

trudyhanks BUT, if the purchaser accepted the item upon receipt, without filing a claim, before accepting it, I don’t think you can file a claim for it to be returned. It will be much harder to explain why you want the refund and get it approved by Poshmark, but you could always try, by contacting them. Hope this helps 😉
