angelwith9mm Hello, I left you a message on the Brahmin handbag you were selling. You stated it was excellent condition and still had the tag. I see it is stained all up now and the hardware is very marked up. I will not be happy with this item at all and I don't want it as it is NOT in excellent condition. Please cancel my order and do not ship it. I also made two comments on the item itself and I did contact Posh Support for this. Please cancel it. Thank you

momoekim @angelwith9mm I wish to apologize for what has happened. I’m working on getting the transaction cancelled. I did not mean to misrepresent the condition of the item in question.The bag has shipped & you may have to get a return label sent before you can send it back. You should have no problem getting a full refund on this transaction. Again, I am deeply sorry for what has happened & I will pay closer attention to details in my descriptions from now on. If you ok the return then I should be able to return it no problem. especially if you also contact Posh I believe you can go under sales and to my purchase and click cancel it. did you try that? if that works, I'll get with Posh to get a return label. thank you

momoekim @angelwith9mm I was able to cancel the shipment so there should be no problem with getting your money refunded back to you. Again, I sincerely want to apologize for this incident. It has been an eye-opening experience for me for sure! If you have any problem with your refund let me know & I will try to get it resolved ASAP.
