Hi Kim. I wanted to thank you for purchasing the beautiful Murano Millefiori Red Art Glass Fish/Vase. Unfortunately, as I was packaging your item I noticed a small scratch on the base and a small crack on bottom of one side fin neither of which appear to be too noticeable. In fact, I didn't see the issues until now which is why it was not included in my listing.

Hi. I don’t really need any other items. Yes I would have appreciated knowing about those issues as that clearly would make a difference in the price you sell a lot of glass so know how much this impacts price of items. How do I cancel this?

@a3b91433 I just checked and you only have up to 3 hrs after purchase to cancel. You can confirm this by going into FAQ. The issues are minor and they do not impede the look or function of this beautiful glass piece. Again, I am very sorry for this inconvenience and had I seen the flaws when I listed this item I definitely would have indicate them in my listing as I always do. Please remember that the 30% is available for you to use should you like to take advantage of the offer. Regards, Robin

I’m confused by your response. You said I could cancel this order. Now you point me to a 3 hour rule? Obviously I couldn’t cancel within 3 hours as you didn’t advise me of the problems. I will be contacting poshmark. This is not acceptable. Damage should have been listed. I would not buy a damaged item. Anyhow I will follow up with poshmark for assistance on how to deal with this.

I also don’t understand why you did not contact me immediately upon noticing the damage. Obviously you could have cancelled it. In any event I have already forwarded everything to Poshmark. I am really disappointed in this.

@a3b91433 I understand. If I can do anything to assist in the cancellation I'd be happy to do so. As mentioned if I had seen the flaws when listed I the item I would have included them in the description. I was honest bringing it to your attention & because I did miss the flaws, I offered you a 30% discount on any single item because I felt terrible. I thought you could return and to be sure I double checked.

Okay great. I guess I will wait to receive it. Then I will go through the item not described steps and send it back. I don’t know why you didn’t cancel it when you noticed it as this seems like a frustrating process now.

@a3b91433 If I could have cancelled I would have but I got notification of your acceptance of my counteroffer after I had already gone to bed. Poshmark likes us to ship items within 3 days. If I get an order late at night, I process it and get it to the post office the following day. If I get a purchase at a reasonable hour during the day, I process and ship ithe same day. Pls let me know once you have contacted Poshmark so I know whether or not to ship it. Thank you.

I have contacted Poshmark already through the customer support form. I have no idea when I will get a response. You seem to have a lot of listings so can’t you just cancel it on your end? Or is it easier to send it and then I return back.

@a3b91433 I already cancelled the order. As I have never had to do this before, I believe Poshmark has to approve the cancellation and I don't know how long it will be. For now the listing is still showing as sold. I'm assuming if Poshmark approves the cancellation then it will be marked as available and I assume you will be refunded.

Okay sounds good. I will wait to hear. Too bad as I really liked the item. But I am a collector and am okay with scratch or two but cracks are not good. Thanks

@a3b91433 No problem. Neither issue is significant but I understand. I'll be updating the listing to reflect the flaws once the listing is available again.
