jillc420 @kb17551 Kim, I know you did not know it was broken, it was still shrink-wrapped when I got it. I told the customer service person I talked to before opening the inquiry. They're well aware you did not sell a broken item on purpose, there's no way you could have known so you are a victim as well. "Victim" sounds so darned ridiculous,ahaha
