montanadesigner Hi, I wanted to let you know that I've contacted Posh Customer Service and have let them know that you received the bracelet that was purchased by Joana. I've asked Customer Service to look into this and suggested that they send you a shipping label to redirect the bracelet to the correct purchaser. I shared with them your user name, Chermiab and the purchaser's user name, the sales order and shipping label that I received. I am hopeful that Posh Customer Service will reply soon. Kind regards
