wcb555 I just lowered that item as far as I can. It really has never been used. I got it thinking I could use it and it’s really a woman’s bag. My wife already has a Tumi tote so I can’t give it to her. Since I cut off the tag I can’t say it’s new with tags however it it literally new and the cut off tag can come with it.
