kimberleemr @littleflower311 that's weird. We've been getting mail so I'm not sure why they wouldn't have delivered it. I changed my address about a month ago but I've received things from someone else so that shouldn't be why and I checked my address and it has my new one in Idaho listed. The only thing I can think is that it went to my old Washington address. Sorry for the trouble, maybe customer service can tell us why it went back. Maybe they'll give you another label to try?

kimberleemr I just got a message that they are re routing the package, is this the first time it’s coming back to you or are thy sending it back again? The address they showed on file is for Kimberly Idaho which is correct so I’m hoping they just hadn’t gotten it back to you until now. Sorry about this! I can’t wait to get it when they finally get it here! 😂

kimberleemr @kadenrollen don’t worry at all, I didn’t think it was cold. I know WHBM are nice and spendy too so I just figured that was the price you wanted out of it. I have just been hesitant to spend that much on it because I’m short and will probably have to hem it up. Let me think and if you ever lower it definitely let me know! Thanks!
