clampur Hi I just wanted to let you know that on Friday I scheduled for package pick ups at my home for yesterday and I noticed at 5 PM yesterday my packages were never picked up. I am going to reschedule for pick up again tomorrow and if they do not get picked up I will go to the post office to drop them off. I however do not know if the post office is allowing walkins but I will update you tomorrow about your package.

kimatharris @jerz570 No I haven't, our post office is closed on Sunday and does not deliver mail (+ it is only 4:45 AM, lol). The last update on the tracking shows it left Anchorage yesterday and is in transit to Valdez. They drive the mail here and it is a 300 mile drive.

kimatharris @jerz570 The postal service must be pretty backed up as I usually still receive all my packages from all over the states within a few days but now it seems everything is taking at least a week, sometimes two! They were still in the lower 48 for over a week.
