20bucknup Hi, it’s Penny from 20bucknup, I did inventory in January and moved things around and I misplaced it in one of 30 bins. I’m happy to ship the shimmy set now and before Friday ship the skirt. I will certainly understand if you would like to cancel but the shimmy set is pretty awesome! kkayee @rosepenelope yeah, I was surprised to see them broken with all the wrapping you had on them too. It doesn’t look like there’s a return option from the bundle page, maybe because the order has been accepted? What’s the best way go through the return process (haven’t had to do one yet)?

rosepenelope H Kimberly. Here's the directions for return/refund In the app Select your Account Tab (@username) Select My Purchases. Select your order. Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Select Order Not as Described. Select a reason for the return. Add images that clearly depict the reason for the return and include a description of the return. Select Submit. Please tell them, if you don't mind, that they had sufficient packing. Thank you.
