lmpurcell Hi Kimberly. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the White House black-market scarf you bought from the this morning has a raveled edge on one side. It was in perfect condition and I put it on a delicate wash cycle and somewhere between that and the dryer the scarf Edge unraveled. I don't feel comfortable selling you the scarf and I am so so sorry I feel bad like I said it was in perfect condition. My apologies. 😞😞😞

I’ve specifically asked sellers if a sweater is pilled, they say no, and then when I receive the sweater it is pilled. I appreciate the goodwill! 😊 Do you know how I cancel the order, or is that something you do on your end?

lmpurcell I can cancel the order. I just wanted to hear from you first. I try to only ship out perfect items, i never want anyone to get something with issues or feel bad about what they purchased.
