ash678 I’m not sure how my packaging was an issue they were thoughtfully wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a wrap package. Once the post office takes possession I can not control the condition they are delivered. I ship in the same materials any company would ship in so saying my packaging is an issue is unfair.

angelinamarie77 @kplusj this is completely not how I left it at the post office! I never would do such a thing. What happens at the post office or in the shipping process is uncontrollable by the seller. I left it in completely intact brand new boxes. If this is what happened to you, the poor rating should be on the post office. As a new seller, I will certainly be taking pictures from now on before I ship to prove such truths. Thanks for the lesson.
