@kimber511 I’m sorry you’re disappointed with the bag. I honestly did not see any tears in the handle. That is my mistake. The damaged box is the post office’s mistake. On Thursday the tracking description noted visible damage. I spoke to the post office the same day and the clerk told me it was damaged in transit and apologized for their error.

@chichappens1 Overall, I love the bag. I'm sure the tear was an over site! I also know it was postal error on the packaging. I surely wouldn't hesitate purchasing something from your closet again. I thank you for your sincerity, and apology.
