greglinkous Hi Kimberly. Thank you for your order. Before I ship the shoes off, I wanted to be sure you had noticed the damage mentioned. The insole in the left shoe has a tear. It's pictured in the last photo. It's not anything major, but just didn't want to misrepresent.

kellis900 @greglinkous the inside of both shoes were defected and one had a curling on the inside of it that made footing impossible.

greglinkous @kellis900 These shoes belong to my mother. She pointed out the problem in the left insole, but said nothing of the right, and there was nothing visible to my eye defective there. As I said, I am perfectly willing to do what I can to make it right. I've also leaned not to sell any merch that is faulty, whether it is noted or not.
