The day after you ordered, my Dad took a bad fall and was critical... he's 80 yrs old...so we took off immediately and I was positive I grabbed your bundle to ship from the road. Sadly I haven't found it, so it must be sitting by our door. We are on the way back home, cross country today, arriving tomorrow.
