ashkdeaton Hey Kim! I sold you the Claiborne shorts and wasn’t sure how to contact you. I can’t figure out why you would have to pay additional shipping? Could you explain more so maybe I can prevent this from happening in the future? I am truly sorry this occurred. I did not ship them any different than I have in the past and I’ve never had this happen.

ahdz34 @kimch10 Hey, the sandals we're fine when I packed them. They were used as shown but should not have fallen apart and I'm sorry if they did. If they're broken you could've reached out to posh or myself before submitting such a bad rating.

kimch10 @ahdz34 I have never had an issue like this. The strap that goes attached to the actual sandal was detached. No point in keeping them or asking for money back just take my loss. Just add more detail if possible on your post

The description was accurate and you can see on the pics the straps were attached. I wouldn't sell something that was broken. And if I did it would be on the description.
