mizzspaztastic Hey Kim so I’m freaking out the tracking on the umbrella is all messed up and I think usps lost it!!! I’m going to go up to the post office this week to inquire and I’ve sent poshmark support a message about the issue... I pray they find the item but if not we should be reimbursed but I know how much you wanted this so I’m totally freaking about it and I’m gonna keep trying to locate the package!

mizzspaztastic GIRL IM SO ANGRY AT USPS... OF ALL THE PACKAGES FOR THEM TO LOSE, THEY LOST THE ONE THAT HELD THE ITEM YOU HAD BEEN SEARCHING FOR SO LONG... I’m so so upset for you!! This usually happens when the package is overweight or packaged improperly or when there are difficulties recognizing your address. mizzspaztastic @kimberlybatson unfortunately it was never returned I received that message also, which is why I reached out &contacted posh support as soon as I saw the message(3days late)bc nothing had been returned!Posh sent me another message 2days later saying they had connected w/the post office it was indeed😠LOST!Girl I can’t tell u how P*Ss*D I am. i know just how bad I wanted that and I was so excited & lookin forward 2making u😊& I’m upset I’m so upset.I’m so sorry girl,I can’t even😶no words

kimberlybatson @mizzspaztastic Do you by any chance still have the original tracking number? I thought I had it but when I went to the post office earlier today, I seemed to be missing a digit. I was going to ask my post office lady to call the actual post office it was originally delivered to. I had her do that for me once before when they accidentally delivered a different package of mine to a Luray, VA. post office. And then my package was here the next day.

kimberlybatson The original tracking number said it had been delivered to Leesville, NC. I had spoken to a different lady at my post office when I had seen that, and she said it was just a typographical error in their computer, but I wonder if it's still sitting in Leesville somewhere.

mizzspaztastic @kimberlybatson let me see if I still have the tracking receipt doll, might take me awhile I have no clue what I did with it after poshmark refunded both of our accounts bc of the loss. It looked to me as if after I dropped it at usps with the clerk, and got the receipt, as if it was lost somewhere within that particular office. We were told it must have been put on an incorrect truck or lost one of many other ways.

mizzspaztastic @kimberlybatson For the last year since covid 19 began and the head of usps was replaced by the new dude, I have had at least 10-12 packages lost this way, with no real explanation for it when it had never happened 2me in the previous 5 yrs I’ve sold on posh even 1x, and considering I probably only shipped at max 30 items that yr, losing 10 is TERRIBLE

mizzspaztastic @kimberlybatson I’ll try to hunt down that receipt hun but there are at least three packages listed on it I don’t recall the exact # but I’m not sure if I can figure out which one is the right tracking # for your package on the receipt but I may can determine that I don’t know, give me a couple of hours to try ok?
