sellingsunset Hi Kimberly, I am so sorry about your order, I’ve put in a request with poshmark I accidentally switched labels and sent you the wrong item, if you write to poshmark they will be able to issue the label for return and refund you.

sellingsunset @spartengurl if you click on the order there should be somewhere on there to report a problem with your purchase, and then it should allow you to send a message to poshmark, and just tell them that you received the wrong order, the other person was able to cancel the order and poshmark provided them the return shipping label. I also sent them a message as soon as I realized what I did but I have not heard from them. Once again sorry about the inconvenience.

spartengurl @mirela1020 I think because I left a review when I didn't know how to contact you, I no longer have the refund label option? They keep responding for me to file a claim but there isn't an option for that on my end anymore. How should I get these back to you?

sellingsunset @spartengurl I just responded back to them and confirmed that you did receive the wrong shoes. They are working on it and they will let you know how to print label. They will issue one for you and one for me so that I can send you the shoes you originally ordered.
