kimmy2daisy @tristawarren You got it!!. As a best practice, I use the free Priority boxes for everything I send. Makes it easy and protected! Also USPS will deliver them to your house for free!!! It is the best!!!

I ask b/c my PO is always giving me a hard time when I don't use their standard size boxes. TIA for any advice you can offer.

kimmy2daisy @jojohnson686 I'm sorry your post office isn't accommodating. Mine does not care what box I use as long as it is within the weight limit. In an effort to use smaller boxes I put my pillows in plastic bags and get as much air out as possible! The thin clear trash liner bags work great!!

kimmy2daisy @jojohnson686 The max I have been able to send is 4, 18 x 18 with cover and insert. If they are larger than that or heavier material 3 is a better bet. I have had multiple people purchase 5 to 8 pillows and it ends up being a better deal to do 2 bundles with 2 shipping fees, rather than have them pay the overweight fee. I usually give a discount on the second shipping fee!
