Good Morning Kim, I’m really sorry that you’re unhappy with your purchase, you stated in the comments that the size was way off, how so? They’re a size 9 correct? I know sometimes shoes run and fit differently.

@tc3sanders These Shoes fit maximum maybe an 8. I am a true 9 and i can't fit my foot into them.
Also, i based my decision on the purchase based upon the measurement you provided in picks.
My foot measures 9" exactly which is a true 9.
