klosetenvi Hi Kim 🙂 you purchased a pair of Sam Edelman flats from me and as I was getting them ready to be shipped I noticed that the interior lining has some damage, so I will send you the flats, but want them to be free to you. Simply open up a case once you receive them and I will explain to the customer rep that I want to give those to you for free, this way you can get your money back. Don’t want you paying for an item that has damage I didn’t realize.
