jordan3585 I am so very sorry to hear that you did not receive the full contents of your package. If we are unable to find it I will, of course, issue a refund. I would like to try a few things that have successfully located package contents in the past. I will call your post office and initiate a trace on the contents and weight of the package. I will ask to speak with your post master who will check with your carrier.

jordan3585 If these measures don’t work I will file a case with the postal inspector’s office. Many carriers now have scanners that are equipped with GPS tracking and the postal inspectors have access to where it has been, its weight, and its condition (meaning if it appeared to have been tampered with). Thankfully, technology has the upper hand when dealing with the crime of tampering with mail. It is a federal crime and we can get to the bottom of this for u!

If we can’t find it within a few days, I will refund and let you know what the postal inspectors find out. Being an investogator myself I can get to the bottom of this for sure. I am so so sorry and please keep me informed. I too will stay in close touch. Will let u know what Poshmark says. They too are amazing to deal with!!!
