lovinresale Hey! Just a friendly tip - if you first bundle things in groups and then make an offer you will save on shipping. As long as the items weigh less than 5 lbs I can usually negotiate reasonably on a price we are both happy with. So if you want you can cancel all offers and start fresh. Just trying to save you money in shipping!

lovinresale If you have chosen all those items as a "bundle" (a new one) then you have to enter your offer price. Add them all up and offer 20% less. I won't see it until you submit it.. hope this helps. If it doesn't work it might because some older offers are still pending. We'll figure it out somehow!

lovinresale @kshackle723 Ok...(as I am your quasi coach).... in this instance you would normally "file a claim"..for a return. Downside of a bundle sale is that you would have to return it all for $ back. Or ...if you want I would buy it back from you. You would list it for what you paid for, I would buy and pay shipping, and pm would take 20%. If you are game for that I can help you create a listing..bummed about that zipper! Let me know which way you want to go!

lovinresale @kshackle723 Ok, I will also double check with Poshmark if you can file a claim on one item out of a bundle...just so we know for sure. If so, you would file a claim on the premise the zipper doesn't work. They (hopefully) would approve and either credit you on the spot or send you a label to return it. I know it all sounds like a hassle but I will work with you any way to make sure you are satisfied ...
