She gave me a 4 star and said it could improve for cleanliness. That is a lie I have pictures. I just started in November and I’ve just sold 12 items and they all gave me 5 stars. kaj6206 @shiann1953 While I understand not seeing that 5 star rating is disappointing, I honestly wouldn’t worry about it. It’s not going to hurt you becoming an ambassador😀 I’ve had a couple ratings that I didn’t necessarily understand; however, I’ve asked for specific feedback from a couple of those folks and they were perfectly happy overall and it made me more aware of details when posting as well as measuring more accurately.
