aliahtothemoon @kimberlypossibl hey I've been looking all night and can't find that floral top. It wasn't with the other clothes for some reason. I'm so sorry. I know you've been waiting a while. I feel terrible about it. I totally understand if you want to cancel. If you don't and want to choose two more things I'll throw those in for free. I took that floral top off, I can't find it at all.

chictactoe Hi Kimberly, why did you return the item? I received it and honestly see no flaws, besides noting that the hanger straps were cut off, but this was only because they would constantly peek through the sleeves. Also using the hanger straps on this item would pull on the fabric and damage it so getting rid of them made sense. The item is otherwise in flawless condition. Sorry for the inconvenience, I honestly didn't note anything with it when I sent it out to you.

chictactoe @kimberlypossibl It's the way the kimono is sewn. I had my mother inspect the garment there is no issue with it, I will release payment once Poshmark replies back to me with the photos. I will keep inspecting it in the meantime.

chictactoe Hi, so I received the email from Poshmark support. The snag is very minimal to my eye & in the crevice of the kimono sleeve so I had trouble spotting it. Will easily mend for the next customer so it's fresh & ready to go. Thank you for taking note and I apologize for the inconvenience!
