annseedee Hi! I just read your review that the lucky brand bracelet arrived damaged! I am so sorry to hear that! I thought that the box would have prevented any damage. What a drag. Did you open any kind of claim? I am not sure how posh and usps handle that situation but I can look into it. So disappointing and I am sorry that happened. I will look into it and let you know what I learn!

kimberlypah @annseedee Hi, just seeing your message. I never buy anything on here so I didn't realize I had to open a claim within a couple of days. I don't think I even opened it until after the time they allow. It's still wearable I'm just afraid it will catch on things. The hammered parts are coming apart in a few places...
