jennewonderly5 Hi. I ordered the red heels from you but have not received them. I spoke with the post office and said it will likely not be shipped to me because it is still in California and the box has been marked visible damage. She suggested I contact you to see if they were possibly returned to you first? Would you please let me know if you possibly received them back? Thanks!

I will be checking my mail and if I do get them back I will try to send them back to you. I'm sorry about this. If the shoes are lost somewhere I will give you whatever you want from my closet for free as a second item after you purchase something from me again. I'm sorry again. jennewonderly5 @kimz20 I spoke with the post office who said it would be easier for you to refund the the amount to me and then file a claim with the post office for a refund of the shipping cost. They said since it was priority mail that it has an insurance policy of $50. The woman I spoke with said it would just be easier for you to handle it because you have all the shipping information.

jennewonderly5 I did email poshmark yo see if this is the best way. It was nothing you did wrong. It's the post office fault. The box was marked damaged and never left California so the woman I spoke to said if that is the case it usually means the item and not just the box is damaged. :( I appreciate the offer for your closet but I really only needed the shoes for wedding tonite! I originally ordered them with plenty of time :(
