kimberstar @aviatortwin..... okay so I have always bought off here and not sold, but I would like to start selling I have several nice items. And I'm downsizing. So I post the items, does posh Pay shipping or do I? How do I get the shipping label? And then how do I receive funds after the customer has their item? Can you just give me a rundown quickly before I post anything please thanks so much

aviatortwin @kimberstar Of course, Happy too:) The customer pays for shipping. You can offer them a shipping discount of either $1.49 or $6.49, but that will come out of your own profit. If a customer buys something out right, they automatically pay for shipping. If they bundle items though, it will give you an option as to if you want to offer a shipping discount. It’s common to offer a decent discount if a customer has bundled multiple items.

aviatortwin @kimberstar Once they make a purchase, you will get a notification ad also an email. At the bottom of the email, will be a PDF file that has the shipping label. You can order free priority mail boxes and shipping bags from USPS and your mailman will deliver them to your door. Once they receive the item, they have 4 days to accept the package.

aviatortwin @kimberstar As soon as they accept it, your funds will be available. If they still haven’t accepted it by 4 days, Posh will release the funds to you. In your account section, there is a tab that says ‘My Balance’, you can check there to see if your funds have been released. It will also talk you through how to receive your funds. They can either send them directly to your bank account, or send you a check. The bank account option obviously is easier.
