kimberbeeme @acetsios correct and poshmark sends you the correct label to affixed to the unintended item that you received and then you drop it in the mail and so will the other party so you both get the correct item.

kimberbeeme @acetsios I also contacted poshmark to find out the status and they said they can’t do anything other than the email they sent that person asking them to send it with the label posh provided. It’s my understanding if it doesn’t get sent you’ll be refunded. So sorry I don’t have any more information.

kimberbeeme @acetsios I’ve asked poshmark that too and received a very equivocal answer. Unfortunately it’s not up to me otherwise I would’ve refunded you instantly. I recommend contacting poshmark.

kimberbeeme @acetsios sorry but the dress was advertised as black and the original item is shown in the listings as black as well. I don’t have the ability to do any sort of return. You have to contact poshmark for any dispute in purchase.
