modernbear Hello. Sorry to bother you. I'm new to poshmark and today when I opened poshmark app it told me I needed to upgrade to newer version of app. And then it tells me to uninstall app. Should i uninstall the app? Please tell me how to update to newer version. It looks like I have no activity because of that. Thanks.

marinadelmay @renitatrumbo I’m not sure if you are aware of this but if I don’t ship the item, I will take the hit on shipping times. Not good. BUT I just figured out how to cancel your item on your end. I literally just went and purchased something so I could figure out how to do it for you. You go to the order on Poshmark and click on “problem”. Up comes a menu that says “accidental purchase” and you click on that.

marinadelmay @renitatrumbo I strongly suggest double checking sizing before purchasing in the future because it’s not easy to return stuff on this platform. You would not be able to send the jeans back. It’s not that easy. You would have to open a case and Poshmark would review it and they don’t accept returns for sizing. So please try to cancel ASAP

marinadelmay @eichinrl You’re welcome and welcome to Poshmark! From my experience, kids clothes sell best in a lot. I tried to price mine individually and people are less likely to buy because of the shipping cost for one item. Even kids items are $6.79 to ship. It’s a better buy for the buyer if you lot them into one or two listings. 😊. Regardless, I stick to men’s & women’s listings (mostly) because those sell the best.

marinadelmay @eichinrl Also, if someone likes one of your listings, you can send them a private offer by going to their profile, click on the little shopping bag icon at the top, then click on “switch to sell view”. The item they liked of yours then appears. You click the little symbol on the bottom middle, adding it to a bundle for them. If it’s just one listing they liked, then it will just be one item in the bundle. From there, you use the offer button bottom right and they’ll get your private offer.

marinadelmay @eichinrl You can select a shipping discount if you want using the feature I just explained but, keep in mind, unless it’s CLOSET CLEAR OUT day on Poshmark, you take the hit on the discounted shipping. And you can’t use Closet Clear Out using this method. I can explain closet clear out further in the future if you want. My way, I think that about sums it up!
