marybethdavis1 Hi Kim. I bought your Apple Watch but unfortunately your Apple ID is still paired with the watch which means I can’t pair my phone with it. Can you please unlink your Apple ID to the watch.

poshaddictks @marybethdavis1 I already did this but you’re welcome to try it again. Use your Apple Watch Keep your watch on its charger until you complete these steps. Press and hold the side button until you see Power Off. Firmly press the Power Off slider, then lift your finger. Tap Erase all content and settings. Wait for the process to finish, then set up your Apple Watch again.

marybethdavis1 @poshaddictks hi yes this is the problem with Apple watches. That erase data on the watch works but doesn’t unlink your Apple ID to the watch. The instructions are really easy. You just go to iCloud.com. Log in with your Apple ID and password. Go to settings and select your Apple Watch under my devices. remove the device from your Apple ID. That will allow me to link my ID with the watch. Thanks and lmk if it works!
