gagascloset75 I am so sorry it broke. I thought for sure I had that sucker wrapped tight. Scentsy should replace it. I really hate that.

gagascloset75 @kb132005 I had a diffuser that came in from Scentsy broken and they replaced it. I think because the postal service is so busy with the influx of Covid stuff that they are being haphazard about packages. I had a package the other day come in with the free lotion sample busted but thankfully I was able to clean off the eyeshadow Pallette.

gagascloset75 @kb132005 When contacting Scentsy let them know you won it in a giveaway so they don’t ask you to have the consultant do all the work. Winning it in a giveaway clears it up so it can be warrantied.
