navybluekow @boskek hey Kimberly, I gave your package to my mail lady on the 30th but I still haven’t received an email and it looks like tracking hasn’t gone through. Have you received an email? I contacted Poshmark because I usually get an email the same day. Sorry this seems to be so difficult! Hopefully it’s on it’s way

boskek @navybluekow Hi I have emailed them as well because I haven’t received my credit from the canceled order. I told them I won’t accept the package until I do, hoping it will light a fire. I did not get an email or any notifications about this shipment. Im sure it will get figured out.

navybluekow @boskek they wrote back with a list of possible reasons that I haven’t gotten tracking confirmation and told me to contact the post office, but when I called I wasn’t able to speak with a person at the post office. Poshmark still hasn’t responded to my second email when I said you haven’t been refunded and included a screenshot of the cancelled order.

navybluekow @boskek I am hoping you get the order soon and it would be just some sort of tracking issue. I mailed it on the 30th so I think it should be there Tuesday. I asked a friend who uses Posh a lot and she said she’s always heard they give refunds in situations like this.

I responded to the last one telling them that I already sent it and also that you still haven’t received a refund from the cancelled order. Still hoping you get them tomorrow.
