woodgl Kimberly, I bout an eye shadow base and am sorry to say it is pasty and does not go on smoothly. I’ve stirred (swirled) before putting on but it does not help. I’m just not happy with the product. Can we do an exchange or how should we work this? I don’t understand why they did away with shape tape eye base, it was wonderful!
