cleosclozet Hello...you just purchased a jewelry bundle from me. I am so sorry but I have misplaced the 2 necklaces that I have for 10.00 in my posh inventory. Would you like to cancel the order and you can bundle the other necklaces for a different price or get another item in my closet for the same price as the necklaces. Again, I am so sorry.

cleosclozet @klmccann13 This has never happened...and I am so sorry but when I was putting your jewelry together to ship one of the pearl necklaces (the one with the crystals) got caught on my jacket and broke. This is not my day for Posh...😫. If there is another necklace out of my closet you want let me know and I will replace it with the broken one. I can also send the broken beads if you like as well. Of course, if you want to cancel completely-I understand-I am so sorry.

poshitivefinds Hi Kim! Sorry you felt the blue pitcher was not quite up to par. It was described as possibly Fenton per a reputable antique dealer. She also said Most old hand blown glass has bubbles and the painted design appeared very good for a piece that age. It came from my family estate and was displayed among other blue glass for 40+ years. If you’re unhappy, I’ll gladly accept your return. Glad you liked the charms. 😊

In all my many sales, this is only my 2nd 4-star rating, and it surprised me as I try to research items and be honest in my listings.
