@biasboutique new here. Please look at the Chaco’s pics I had for sale. I was selling my daughters shoes. She told me nine and she was wrong. That’s on me. But all the other comments about the frayed and in bad condition or totally wrong in my opinion what’s your take?

@klovig Hello! I looked at the sandals and the pictures look fine to me. Did the customer open a case against you? I had someone do that to me once. Unfortunately not everyone is honest about the items condition if they have buyers remorse or if they don’t fit as expected. 😫 if they opened a case, I would send Poshmark your photos and an explanation of the quality. Explain the condition they left in. And hope they side with you.
