caryl1 hi. I just received the dress. it has 4 red spots on the body near the waist. looks like blood or something. It did not say this in description.I took pics. I can keep it but would like partial refund...or I can send pics to Poshmark for a total refund. please let me know how you'd like to handle this. thanku.

stansell3 @caryl1 I’m so so sorry. To b honest I never even tried dress on. I would never have not told u about any spots if I had seen them. I believe u. What do u think would b fair as a partial refund.

stansell3 @caryl1 I just checked the original listing where I bought it. There was no mention of any spots but it had been hung for display. And I had it hanging on back of door since I received it. Just let me know what u want to do

caryl1 hi. I'm not blaming u. I figure u didnt know cuz I realize u reposhed it. I can either send it back or I want AT LEAST a 50% refund . It's for my daughter's wedding which is very soon and now I have to get it cleaned and if the spots dont come out I'm forced to quickly find another dress. NOT FUN. I tried to remove them but fabric is too delicate and they are right on the front..I never would pay that much or even buy this for my own daughter's wedding.

caryl1 I called my dry cleaner. emailed pics they wont touch it it cuz if all the pleats. I need 70.00 back or I'll return it. it's not worth more that 47..I paid 117.

stansell3 @caryl1 u r right. I had no idea there were spots. I still think it’s worth more than $47 even with the spots. I hate this happened so close to your daughters wedding. I’ll knock price down to $75. If u don’t want to accept that. Just return and I will reposh it and certainly mention the spots.

stansell3 @caryl1 I’ve contacted poshmark so they can advise me what to do. The dress wasn’t stained when I bought it. The dress wasn’t stained when I shipped it to u. This is the first time in selling anyone has had this problem with their purchase. U have already told me it was “STAINED”. When it got stained is the question. I’m really not familiar with the procedure on this as it’s never happened before to me. Poshmark should get back with me within 24 hours

caryl1 I contacted you as soon as I received it. check the tracking and the time I contacted you. I did not even have to unfold it . send refund . its stained and you admitted you never looked at it and it was reposhed..I searched all over for that dress.bi knew it would fit because I have it in blue. I was so happy I found it. read the original comments ...when I first saw it. why would I stain it ..that's crazy .

stansell3 @caryl1 i said I never wore it! That’s different from “never looked it”. I looked at it every day hanging on the back of my closet. I’m waiting to hear from poshmark and will do whatever they say I need to do. I’m not arguing anymore about the stain. I still get the feeling I feel like I misled u and I did not.
