missangelican You have a few packages that need to be picked up - for some reason they were not directly delivered to the address provided. You need to check that. Did you receive the packages I sent? Tomorrow I will be submitting a claim because it says it was not delivered but needs to be picked up. I don’t know why your postal situation is but I am concerned at this point as some were delivered & some were not.

fashionwanda @kfly835 I think that means that it’s been forwarded to the local post office for delivery. Make sure you keep following up on it because a lot of us seem to have an issue with this one. 🙄

That were suppose to be out for delivery. Next day they were labeled delayed. I’ve been waiting for a response from Poshmark. Didnt they have to collect before we were sent a label? fashionwanda @nipmuc Hi! I think Posh only verifies that they have payment info on file for the buyer. File a claim and ask them to track/locate your package.

nipmuc @fashionwanda hello The clerk at the post office looked at the tracking and saw the same thing, it was out for delivery and the next day it was pending, I noticed that the buyer was on Poshmark last night for the first time in 5 days. I also went on line to USPS in Nashua NH 03060 tel. 880-275-8777/603-882-7515

nipmuc The reviews were terrible, and almost all were about lost packages deliveries that weren't made. The worst I've seen all 1 star. Maybe That's where the fault lies. Sellers have monies held as soon a they send us a label and we get a tracking # proving we mailed it. So we should be compensated if they haven't accepted it in 72 hrs. I just wish Poshmark would respond!

TODAY I see PENDING acceptance. The package (should be packages) were delivered to buyers address on 6/14! The buyer has 3 days to accept and they will release earnings on the 4th day.

They release the funds.72 hours after delivery. Plus she is not responding to anyone on her trying to get a hold of.her.

nipmuc @kfly835 mine says Pending Acceptance. It was delivered to her house on the 14th and I have to wait 4 days for acceptance. Yours should at least Say pending. The P.O. told me that 4 we’re together and I told him there were 6 and he said he’d look for the others. Those 2 could have been the ones that were paid. I told Poshmark to look at this comment feed. This says it all. Instead of having to send these messages that get a generic answer!!!

nipmuc @kfly835 Wow Katlin I’m so sorry. I finally got an answer this morning that said my funds were released, which I knew. They give both buyers and sellers time if there are any problems and they blamed USPS for causing the delay. They said they work on the back end with both parties.....what happened to us? The person at the post office said they have had many issues with this and have been trying to get a hold of her. I am literally at my wits end lol

They were the ones that told me that there we’re 4 packages that were just sitting there for a week that hadn’t been picked up. That she doesn’t get them delivered to her house. I had someone claim a lost package that was delivered and received a refund on a $120 outfit It was so obvious it was fraud! When we mail a package with a tracking number that’s proof that we’ve mailed.

cool2beagal @tia_tithi @kathyrose1028 I am on the same boat as you too. I contacted Poshmark they told me they would be in touch with the buyer regarding my package. I should have checked this page before I sold to her. Live and learn I guess😌

tia_tithi @bargainhunter29 hi! Go to “my sales”. Go to that particular sale and on the bottom, hit “problem/order inquiry” then contact Poshmark. That way, they’ll know exactly which sale. That’s how I did it but if anyone else know however else to contact Poshmark, please share. Thanks!

sonea_angelina @bargainhunter29 right! We trust this site to sell and Poshmark has gotten many complaints about this woman and she’s STILL allowed to buy! WHY won’t Poshmark do what they said and protect the sellers! The sellers are what brings people to come here and buy, also they get 20% of each sale, we better have protection!!

sonea_angelina My item now says pending acceptance so I will be getting my money soon. Guys, she just doesn’t pickup her packages. Ask posh to mark your item as delivered because it is available for pick up at the post office. I now understand the situation a lot better. She buys things and doesn’t pick them up from the PO until idk when, the package won’t say delivered or pending acceptance until its picked up and she marks it as she got her item.

nipmuc @megjohn89 hello yes I finally got paid after2 1/2 weeks. Read the comments of 2&3 wks ago. There were about 6 of us that went through this. I can’t believe it has been going on. We all notified Poshmark and never got response to our complaints. Those posting recently are going through the same thing. It really is so unfair. 😎

kfly835 @lvluv2018my package kept saying forwarded so I contacted the post office in Nashua,NH where she is. They said she changed her address after shipping and she also has it so she has to pick up her packages. I contacted poshmark telling them that. I shipped on the 7th and then after many emails to posh on the 21st they said the package was lost (which it wasn't) so they refunded the buyer and myself.

kfly835 @lvluv2018Then three days later I got a text notification from the post office saying she got her package. I contacted poshmark again and they basically said to bad. So she got my item for free. I was so disheartened that after being a 5star seller selling 100s of items I decided to close my closet after all is said and done. I am not giving 20% to a company that didn't help me at all!

This profile is almost exactly the same as this Kimberly one. The buyer is new to poshmark and the name is Stephane_m9166 check it out the summary is exactly like This buyer. Let me know if you agree. I’m so scared of scammers to ship anything now lol. 😖

sonea_angelina @vanangel8344 I honestly never heard of what she’s talking about, when I first got Poshmark I logged in once and never had to mess with it again so I honestly don’t know what she’s talking about. When selling anywhere there is always a possibility to get scammed. This person was the first person to attempt some crooked sh*t with me but I’m still going to sell like I used to, I’m just checking their love notes and the comments from their meet the posher. That’s the only thing you really can do.

sonea_angelina Do not close down your closets! Stand for what’s right! Continue to sell if it brings you the money you need or if it makes you happy. Things in life aren’t always going to go smoothly, especially when you could possibly be dealing with people with no morals. Selling online is always a risk! try to be more aware, check the love notes and the meet your posher. You ladies have beautiful closets that even I would shop out of, remember the good people you sold to and use that as your motivation!🎀💜🛍

sweet_curiosity @kfly835 omg I got screwed too 😭 I shipped my shoes out on July 10 and it still says forwarded. I complained a few days ago to poshmark and they said we will let the buyer know that they have to go pick up the package. But I just went into her profile and everyone is complaining about the same issue. Why hasn’t poshmark done anything? This doesn’t make any sense that this buyer has been getting away with this!!!! I messaged poshmark again asking for the funds to be released.

kfly835 @lvluv2018 I have contacted poshmark about her numerous times and they dont care. They either ignored me, sent generic emails back or just made it seem like no big deal. ive also reported her and nothing happens. She has to see these comments and she doesnt even try to clear things up!

kfly835 @lvluv2018poshmark gave me my money because they marked.the package as.lost even though I told them many times it wasn't. Then I received a notification that after they refunded both of.us.she got.my package. Poshmark didn't care.
