kimberlyhayes_ @shabbychic09 hello! The shoes are not missing pearls they were sent just as they were photographed. If the shoes arrived to you damaged this would be an issue with the postal carrier. You’re welcome to return them for a refund.

shabbychic09 @kimberlyhayes_ on the right shoe there are 4 pearls missing, 1 was floating around in the box. If I had the others I would glue them on cause I love these shoes. Pretty pink box but could’ve been wrapped with bubble wrap and maybe this would not have happened. I emptied the box but no pearls.

I packaged these shoes with care in a box and wrapping paper as so do all my orders and I never have an issue, but unfortunately mistakes happen with the carriers. The shoes are as described which is why I sold them for only $8.00. You are welcome to turn them for a refund.
