maddieh95 I am sorry the dress didn't work out for you. I bought it at a place called Style Encore. I didn't notice that it had been altered. If you aren't able to return it to me because you accepted it, I don't think you will have any trouble selling it to someone else.

k_courteau @maddiehilton95 Hi - I didn’t accept it. For whatever reason it went straight to the ratings page. Otherwise I wouldn’t have accepted. Anyway. The package is already on its way back to you. I apologize. But the dress was advertised as a size 10. And is not a 10. The dress is closer to a size 2. I do not have a store or sale on the site to try to resell

maddieh95 @k_courteau I hope you didn't have to pay for the dress. How did you mail it back? I think that posh mark has to send you a mailing slip, which takes a few days if they ok a return. But don't worry, whatever happens, I will make sure that you are happy. I am honest.

maddieh95 on my end it looks like it has been accepted or it would have stated that there is a case against the dress. Then they would have had you take pictures of the dress and then they would decide if you could return it. If they were to side with you, after hearing my side of the situation, they would send you an email with instructions. That is why I am wondering how you sent it back to me. Did you have to pay for the return shipping?

k_courteau @maddiehilton95 I paid for it myself with your return address. Again. This was my first purchase so I was confused when it did not allow me to accept or declined the purchase. Does it expire after the delivery? Either way… I would be perfectly happy with the credit for the dress to chose something else if that’s OK with you. And pay the difference for anything priced higher. I love the dress! Just wished it was a size 10! :)

maddieh95 @k_courteau Of course. Just look for something else and I will make it fair. Last week, I did the same thing you did. I didn't realize I had accepted the dress. I was angry because the Valentino dress was very expensive and was advertised as new with tags. Well, the dress was not new at all. Stains. And the tag was tied on. And now the women isn't answering me. Imagine that. So, I would never do that to anyone.
