kydrifter @samanikaya Before I sent the complaint, I saw Poshmark had a pinned statement about shipping. It said there is a temporary increase in time it may take to receive your order due to severe weather and impacts from Covid. There’s another pinned statement to wait at least 10 days from time of order before contacting Poshmark about any shipping concerns. I contacted them anyway because I think they should issue you a refund on shipping. I received a reply that it’s on its way.

kydrifter @samanikaya I’m perplexed. I’ve never had a package take so long. This is beyond annoying and I apologize profusely. I don’t understand why USPS hasn’t updated shipping since the 28th. Did you contact Poshmark? I’m going to contact them again. I sent on the 20th so it’s been 11 days and you had a three day delivery. I’ll let you know what they say.

kydrifter @samanikaya I'm sorry I just saw your reply. Yes, they told me the same thing. I do see that it's out for delivery today. YAY!!!! I don't know what happened and why it took so long. The package did weigh over 5 lbs and I paid for the overage which I have done many times before and never had any issues with delivery so I don't think it was that but who knows. I hope the wait was worth it and that you absolutely love the boots. Thanks so much for your patience. Kim
