dodiex10 Good morning! While packaging the Cloth & Stone this morning to ship to you, I noticed a spot on it. It is about 1/2” from the seam and about 3” from the armpit. dodiex10 @kimborose I’m embarrassed to admit that I could not figure out how to send you a picture. Since the top was sold, it would not let me edit it. So, if you will go to a purse that I have listed “Beira “Jenna” Patchwork citrus combo, I posted a picture there with the other pictures of the purse. Sorry for the confusion, but it was the only thing I could figure out to do. Let me know what you decide.

The reason I’m reaching out to you, is because as I was packaging up your order last night, I’m questioning myself if this really is Malachite, or not. I’m a rock collector, and this is a real stone, but it’s questionable. It is a beautiful pendant, but if real Malachite is what you’re wanting, I have a few other pieces- but not in a pendant. Please advise, if you still want this or not. So sorry.

If you’re no longer interested, I will be sure to list it as “real green stone”, but I don’t want to guarantee “Malachite”, when I’m not positive. Thanks in advance for your understanding, Kimberly. I feel horrible, but if feel even more horrible if you’re a collector too, getting a stone that isn’t surely Malachite.

Again, it’s a gorgeous piece, but if you’re a collector and know your malachite you might question it too. It’s a newly acquired piece, and I’m sorry for the confusion. bellacita @kimborose I just saw your messages, I also just was waiting from you to hear about canceling the order. I’m not convinced it’s real, and I know my stones. I work in lapidary, and in my opinion it looks like howlite, dyed.. there’s a lot of that being sold as real (especially in turquoise). Customer satisfaction, integrity, and honesty is more important to me than any sale. You should be refunded, I asked them to do so ASAP. My apologies!

bellacita @kimborose no I’m not 100% convinced.. I know it’s a real stone.. but the crackling look isn’t consistent with Malachite, which is more of a swishy/orbital look.

bellacita @kimborose hi Kimberly, I sent poshmark support a message early this morning to tell them to allow you to cancel if you requested. Then just when I heard back, I did immediately canceled the order and on my end it says cancelled. I wrote them a message explaining how that you should be refunded, that it isn’t shipping and is my mistake. They aren’t super fast, but it should be refunded within a couple days.

bellacita I also got a notification saying “not to ship”, because it was cancelled. Everything here is semi-automatic. I’ve been on poshmark for a long time, and in the past I’ve had to cancel an order once in a while. I’ve never had a problem with the customer being refunded. It’s not automatic, but it always works. If not, I will send you the money myself. But, no worries, I’m just sorry it wasn’t what I expected either.
