Hi! I'm Kimberly. I’m a Posh Ambassador! I’m from Louisiana and moved to Florida a few years ago with my husband. I’m a stay at home mom of a sweet little boy 👶🏼. tarraaustin I ordered a gray purse from you. I received a message to confirm and I hit it but the button was actual saying received. I was contacted just today that it shipped so how will I receive it since I can no longer track it?

kimberlys_style @tarraaustin @tarraaustin Hi, I shipped it out on Saturday morning, it goes through usps so usually takes a few days to arrive. I was surprised it arrived so fast bc usually it’s 3-5 days. If you look at your purchase history you can see a spot that says problem/inquiry to contact Poshmark customer service and let them know what happened. I’ve never had that happen before but hopefully this helps. There may still be a way you can track it through usps.
