lizkcurtis I am so happy you love your package. It is you that makes my journey better too. Is it neuropathy that’s making your body ache? It does that to me too. I find the heating pad helps a lot. I take long hot showers ... the heat just helps relax those muscles. Claritin is also supposed to help, ironically. I hope these next few days get better for you. I know how much it sucks.
