Hello, my name is Jan. I had sold you a Mr Bingle ornament. Unfortunately my daughter shipped you the wrong ornament because she got the shipments confused. If you like this one that’s fine as it was the same cost of the one you were supposed to get. If not I will do whatever to make this right. I do apologize. I was very sick and had to have my daughter help me. Please let me know what I can do to make this right. If you want you can pick another ornament and will sell it for $1.00

Hi! Your package was dropped off at the post office first thing this morning but it has not started tracking yet. I have had a few packages not start tracking until the day of delivery. Strange! But I just wanted to let you know that it is certainly on its way to you!
