lacygirl10 Hi there. You purchased a Thomas Kincade cup from me on November 26, I mailed on November 28. It should have been delivered long before now, but tracking says it's still in transit. Even with bad weather I don't think it should be taking so long to get there. If it isn't delivered soon I will contact Poshmark to see if they can look in to it. Sorry it's taking so long.

I responded back and asked them how can it be closed when the item had not been delivered to you or returned to me. Makes no sense and I haven’t heard back yet. I have sold & shipped many items over the last 2 years and have never had a problem. I totally understand if you want to cancel the purchase. I’ll keep you posted if I hear anything further. Thanks

annmoran888 Hi Kim, on the first sale I don’t know if you want to return items or change the card I know that returns or cancellations I’m not sure if they’re allowed in an auction I think they might be if I allow it but I don’t see why you couldn’t change the card payment but you may have to go through Poshmark to do that but let me know what you’re looking for and I’ll see what I can work out. This is a Voice Memos so I hope the mistakes aren’t too bad.
