kdmgr2006 @lynngosselin neither me, my daughter or mother could make the zipper work without maximum pulling which over time would cause failure of the zipper. Not sure why you felt the need to report this to me when I didn’t leave you any negative feedback as the item was otherwise perfect...looked brand new.
